What Budget Cuts Mean Campaign

The Toronto Education Workers were looking to promote awareness of the negative effects provincial budget cuts (and eventually – job cuts) would have on the public school system.

With consultation from the Toronto Education Workers, our team developed a series of seven ads showcasing various positions affected by budget cuts within the TDSB. Both print and digital ads were created for this campaign and released through media buy ad spots via the TTC (Pattison Outdoor Advertising).

We aimed to develop a series of ads that would showcase the difference between adequately funded and improperly funded schools through black and white vs. colour illustrations.

Distributed city-wide, the campaign ran for a duration of 52 weeks.
