The Elementary Teachers of Toronto (ETT) resolved to develop a new image for their local in order to increase general interest and engagement amongst their membership.
ETT provided information for placement in the calendar. The material was broken down into pages. Highlights from the collective agreement were implemented to provide members with important information about important policies and benefits. Our team developed a vibrant calendar layout for the local, showcasing membership information in an easy-to-read format. Political satire cartoons were custom-developed and placed in the calendar as inserts with the purpose of drawing additional interest to issues that were affecting the membership.
ETT was looking to create a rebranded calendar to distribute to their members. The new brand would be showcased in the calendar in an effort to draw membership attention to important information about the local.
Visually appealing and easy to read, the finished calendar included information from the local’s collective agreement as well as information regarding important dates, meetings and union-run initiatives. Well received, the local asked for Union Marketing’s assistance in creating future annual calendars.
