CUPE Local 2331-01-02 was looking for assistance in planning and executing their first fully-fledged membership event – the First Annual Charity Picnic.
Working alongside the local’s picnic committee, we developed a visual brand for the picnic that carried through all event assets, including invitations, sponsorship letters, raffle tickets, signs and more! Our team also helped to plan, coordinate, set up and document the event, assisting with tasks such as the invitation process (through call blasts and mail-outs) as well as speech writing for executives on the event date.
Branding developed for the event was additionally transferred onto other union assets, such as the local’s website, membership flyers, promotional products and more.
CUPE 2331-01-02 wanted to create a new look to launch at their first Annual Charity Picnic. Our team was looking to create a brand that would evoke interest and help increase membership involvement.
The picnic resulted in a successful turnout with over $5,000 raised for charity. The Charity Picnic has officially become an annual event, with our team, once again, invited to assist in the planning process.
