General Description

Web and IT support technician will be providing ongoing internal and external support in a number of fields. Primary duties will include low level IT support and diagnostics, web content management, email newsletter creation and distribution, service scheduling, web product deployments, creation of internal manuals, expansion of our product manuals, product training. Support technician will communicate with other members of the team to provide ongoing support in data management, update and delivery. Support technician will also communicate with clients to provide product support, deliver web services ( such as web updates, e-blasts ) , provide IT support ( diagnose issues to assist members of IT team in speedy resolution).

 

Responsibilities

  1. Provide IT support to office stuff
  2. Provide IT support to our clients
  3. Manage content updates on a variety of web resources
  4. Manage service scheduling and oversee on time execution of services
  5. Assist with product deployments
  6. Digitizing written documents
  7. Create manuals for other team members to use
  8. Create product manuals for clients to use
  9. Other related tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year customer support experience in IT field
  2. HTML and CSS knowledge
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Attention to details and ability to follow instructions accurately
  5. Ability to work efficiently in team environment
  6. Proven reliability
  7. Ability to work independently and be responsible for quality support services.
  8. Ability to work overtime and on the weekend occasionally when required

Skills required:

  1. Windows workstation support
  2. HTML and CSS
  3. High level of English proficiency

Beneficial Skills:

  1. Ability to support oSX and Linux based workstations
  2. French proficiency
  3. Experience with PHP web development
